Loren Harssar is a Toronto, born, and raised intuitive healer of many disciplines. For the past 10 years, she has focused her life on her spiritual journey of healing herself and her past traumas and along this process, discovering her ability to not only heal herself but to help with the process of healing others as well. Loren received her formal training in art therapy and psychotherapy at TATI has trained in EMDR and hypnosis and received her 500-hour yoga teacher training and Thai massage level 3 certificate while living in Brazil. These elements add even more to her experience as a healer. She has always been an artist and ranges in many methods of artistic expression since she was quite young and each expression has brought and continues to bring something amazing into her life. She is a dancer, singer, percussionist, photographer, videographer, yogi, and writer. She always found her many art forms to be very therapeutic for her. This was a big part of her inspiration to get into the career of psychotherapy.

Loren’s approach to therapy is based on the philosophy that we are all survivors of varying degrees of traumas and uses a very holistic and person-centered approach. She combines elements of CBT, hypnosis, EFT tapping, EMDR, and communication coaching that aims to help you to live a happier life by working towards healing the fragmented parts of the self.
